ALUMINUM AND LEAK FREE
Pattons offers Prevost Modular Piping System, constructed entirely from aluminum piping and fittings, to provide a guaranteed leak free compressed air system for a minimum of 10 years at the Prevost fitting connections.
EASY TO ASSEMBLE
Prevost is easy to assemble and made of compact, lightweight, and impact-resistant aluminum pipes and couplings with connection points to standard NPT connections or quick connects.
LONGEVITY
The Prevost Piping System ensures that your network is built to last and provides a top-quality compressed air supply to your workstations.
BENEFITS
The following benefits of the use of the Prevost Piping System:
- Consistent quality of compressed air equal to what is leaving the compressor room.
- Piping is lightweight, reducing ceiling weight loads and spanning distances with limited support.
- Laminar flow allows less pressure drop due to turbulence in the piping. This allows the use of smaller diameter pipe than carbon steel piping.
- No build-up of rust or scale over time due to moisture or contaminant migration into the piping.
- Modifications can be made easily if manufacturing process flows change and piping has to be reworked.
- Very easy to add additional drops anywhere in the header piping.
- Piping comes pre-painted blue or black. Piping ¾”, 1” and 2” are also available in green.
- Works with all inert gasses or vacuum.
- Aluminum and Viton seals are compatible with compressor lubricants.
- All fittings are available to complete an entire compressed air system, including distribution manifolds, hose reels, and quick connects.
Your compressed air distribution system is CE regulation compliant and will provide top-quality performance if followed by the guidelines in this document.
Prevost is ISO 9001 certified and PPS products:
- Meet the requirements of the Certification of Compliance with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).
- Meet the fire classification (standard EN13501-1) to minimize the spread of fire.
- Are ATEX certified and can be used in ATEX zones classified 1.2.21 and 22.
- Meet the international ISO 8573 standard used for compressed air quality (Classification 0.0.0).
