NC Series™ Non-Cycling Refrigerated Dryers

NC Series™ Non-Cycling Refrigerated Dryers provide excellent compressed air drying performance in a compact, straight-forward design. A refrigeration system is used to exchange heat with the wet compressed air, reducing the air temperature and condensing moisture out of the air stream. Condensate is removed from the system via a timed drain. NCE Series dryers feature a unique variable-speed condensing fan which adjusts fan operation to match dryer load, further enhancing energy efficiency. 5 Models, 11-64 SCFM.

NC Series dryers cool compressed air using a hermetically sealed refrigeration system. Moisture from the cool air condenses and is efficiently separated and discharged from the dryer. The result is clean, dry air that is suitable for the most demanding applications & components are sized and matched to enable consistent dew point at full or partial moisture loading in all industrial environment.

Through participation in the Compressed Air and Gas Institute (CAGI) Performance Verification Program, actual performance and energy consumption of 200-1000 SCFM NC Series TM dryers have been independently validated.
